ABOUT THE DR. NORBERT SANDER LEGACY FUND
The Dr. Norbert Sander Legacy Fund is an endowment in honor of The Armory Foundation's eponymous founder by recognizing his remarkable contributions to youth, education, and fitness. Gifts ensure The Armory Foundation will be able to continue Dr. Sander's vision of "keeping kids on track."
Our goal is to raise $2.6 million in order to support the growth of Armory College Prep and increase the number of students who can participate in the program by 10%, from 150 to 165, by the year 2025.
Donors are recognized on a specially designed memorial to Dr. Sander adjacent to the track where he spent countless hours restoring The Armory and watching over millions of student athletes training and competing.
