The Armory Youth Programs are committed to creating a safe and welcoming environment for all participants, regardless of their individual backgrounds or abilities. We believe that young people deserve the opportunity to explore their interests, develop their skills, and reach their full potential in a supportive and inclusive setting.

Our Guiding Principles

Equality: We treat all participants with respect and dignity, regardless of their disability, race, gender, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, socioeconomic background, or any other personal characteristic.

  • Accessibility: We strive to make our programs accessible to everyone. To the best of our ability, we offer accommodations and modifications to ensure all participants can participate fully and meaningfully. 

  • Inclusivity: We foster a culture of acceptance and belonging where everyone feels valued and heard. We celebrate diversity and encourage participants to learn from and appreciate one another.

Non-Discrimination:

The Armory Youth Programs will not tolerate any form of discrimination or harassment. This includes, but is not limited to, discrimination based on:

Reporting Concerns:

If you experience or witness any form of discrimination or harassment, please report it immediately to a staff member. We take all reports seriously and will take appropriate action to address any concerns.
