Armory College Prep Students Visit Temple University and University of Pennsylvania

On Thursday, February 20th, the Armory College Prep High School Program spent the day in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to visit Temple University and University of Pennsylvania. Students woke up early on their day off - New York City schools are closed this week for mid-winter recess - to take advantage of the opportunity, which was organized by Director of College Counseling, Clayton Harding. Applications, financial aid, areas of study, and student life were among informative topics presented and discussed.

First stop: Temple University.

Students enjoyed lunch at 1920 Common, one of UPenn’s many dining spaces, before making their way over to the Undergraduate Admissions Visitor Center for a presentation followed by a question-and-answer session. An Admissions tour guide continued to speak to the ACP group about academics and student life campus as they explored campus. Students ended the tour inside the Wharton School, ranked by U.S. News as the #1 business school in the world.
